Shopping Guide (Orders Placed from Inside Japan)

How to Order

1. Choose your favorite items from the Shop TABI-JI website.
2. Click "Add to Cart."
3. Go to Shopping Cart and confirm your order is correct, then, check out.
4. Enter your information (address, payment method, etc.).
5. Your order has been successfully placed!
6. You will receive the order confirmation email to your registered email address.
7. We will send you an email as soon as your items are ready to be delivered.
8. Your items will be delivered by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. 

*Depending on the setting on your device, you might not receive the confirmation emails. If you do not hear from us within two business days from placing your order, please contact us.  Contact
*Depending on your usage environment, overseas prices may be displayed and your order may go through. In such cases, we will refund the difference from the domestic price.

Payment

1. Online Payment (Credit card transactions)
   The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express.
2. Cash on Delivery
   You can make the payment upon delivery if the total amount of your purchase is below 300,000 yen. An additional 440 yen will be added to the payment when you select Cash on Delivery.
   

Shipping Fee, Shipping Method, Business Days

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are: 880 yen for Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu, 1,650 yen for Hokkaido, 2,200 yen for Okinawa and other outer islands. (385 yen for all areas when sent by Letter Package)
Shipping is free if the total amount of one order is 16,500 yen or more (incl. tax).

Free shipping is applicable only when the items are delivered to a single address per order.

If your order is placed from inside Japan, it cannot be delivered to an address overseas as the pricing system for delivery is based on the country where the order is made. Even if your order seems to be completed on the system when you enter the addresses overseas, your order will be cancelled.

For orders from remote islands, the shipping fee may be shown as the Honshu shipping fee (880 yen) in some areas. In such cases, the difference will be charged separately.

Due to system reasons, shipping charges for multiple orders may be added to a single order. Any overcharges will be refunded. In the case of cash on delivery (COD), we will send your order with the overcharged amount deducted.

Shipping Method

We deliver your items by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post.

Please understand that it might take longer than usual depending on the stock status and traffic circumstances.

Business Days

Generally, we are open Monday to Friday (except national holidays) but sometimes we will be able to respond on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays as well. If you are in hurry, contact us. Contact

Cancellation, Return, Exchange

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your purchase after completing the order, contact us before we finish preparing your items for delivery.

Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only when the items have not been used or worn, or if we mistakenly deliver the wrong items or items that have a defect.
In such a case, contact us within SEVEN days from the arrival of the items.

Delivery period

The items will be delivered within 14 days after the order is placed for online payment and cash on delivery.
*It might take longer than usual to deliver certain items to certain areas, such as remote islands.
*It might take longer than usual to deliver items depending on the stock status or if your order is placed during weekends, holiday seasons or on our closing days.

About Security

Our online shopping system is using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) shopping cart.
SSL can encrypt online communication. By encrypting communication data between computers and servers, it can prevent eavesdropping and data falsification.
