How to Order

1. Choose your favorite items from the Shop TABI-JI website.
2. Click "Add to Cart."
3. Go to Shopping Cart and confirm your order is correct, then, check out.
4. Enter your information (address, payment method, etc.).
5. Your order has been successfully placed!
6. You will receive the order confirmation email to your registered email address.
7. We will send you an email as soon as your items are ready to be delivered.
8. You will receive your orders within approximately 2-3 weeks after shipping.

*Unforeseeable international events and traffic conditions may cause a delay and/or a cancelation of the delivery.
*Depending on your usage environment, the Japanese domestic price may be displayed and your order may go through. In such cases, we will charge you the difference from the overseas price via PayPal. We appreciate your understanding.

We deliver our items by airmail for free of charge to all over the world. For customers who wish to receive the items faster, we can ship them with EMS (Express Mail Service). In that case, we will charge additional EMS shipping cost. The separate invoice will be issued via PayPal, and we will ship the item as soon as we confirm the payment.

Shipping Method

We send our items overseas by airmail from our office in Japan. Delivery time differs depending on the destination, however, in most cases, the delivery is completed within approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

When parcels are sent overseas, there are cases where customs duties of the receiving country are incurred. Please be aware that in such cases the addressee is liable for the customs duties involved.

We are sorry, but to some countries and areas, depending on the conditions, we can’t deliver our items from Japan. In such a case, your order will be canceled.

Shoe Size

*When you choose Tabi Shoes, select the same size as your ordinary shoe size. However, please be careful that size indication may vary depending on the type of Tabi Shoes.
